How to protect your small business network

You have a Windows Server and less than 25 PCs:
Steps in protecting PCs and Windows Server in small business network
  1. Protect Windows Server by installing Windows Live OneCare for Server.
  2. Protect PCs and laptops on the network by installing Windows Live OneCare.
  3. Follow on-screen instructions to set up a Windows Live OneCare Circle of Protection, using your Windows Live ID. Configure centralized backups to server for all PCs covered under the same Windows Live ID.
  4. Subscribe to OneCare for Server and OneCare for up-to-date protection.


You have less than 25 PCs and no server:
Steps in protecting PCs in small business network
  1. Protect PCs and Laptops in the network by installing OneCare on each of the computers.
